Elisha Hawk

Elisha N. Hawk is a partner with Jenner Law, P.C. Her practice focuses on advocating for those who have had their trust betrayed, whether by a nursing home, a health care provider, a member of the clergy, or anyone who would abuse their power. She is actively fighting in state courts across Maryland to have the Child Victim Act of 2023 upheld as constitutional, thereby preserving access to justice for the many survivors of child sexual abuse. Prior to earning her law degree, Elisha taught middle school English for eleven years in Baltimore. She is an active member of Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ). She served as President of MAJ from 2017 – 2018, and she remains active in the organization. Elisha graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, with a certificate in Health Law. She has four children, ages 14, 16, 16, and 18, two dogs, and a cat.
