Annette has been with Capital River Wealth Management since 2006. With a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals, Annette also deeply values community connection and service.

She is an active member of Key City Rotary and the Frederick Chamber of Commerce, and she graduated from Leadership Frederick County, Class of 2022. Annette supports numerous local charitable organizations and, alongside her husband Doug, founded the C.A.P.E.S. program (Community Awareness Promoting Empowerment for male Survivors of childhood sexual abuse). Drawing from her personal experience supporting her husband on his healing journey as a male survivor, she is committed to raising awareness and educating the public about the unique challenges faced by men and those who support them.

Annette is a graduate of the State University of New York at Cobleskill, the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute, and Mount St. Mary’s University, where she earned her MBA. She resides in Frederick County, MD, with her husband and their dog, and they have one adult child.
