Amber Crawford-Wagman

Amber Crawford-Wagman received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from LaSalle University and a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed social worker in the state of Pennsylvania and has 25 years experience working with trauma survivors, with a certifications in both Prolonged Exposure & Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). Amber began her career as a therapist at Women Organized Against Rape in Philadelphia, She has been with Turning Point Counseling & Advocacy Center, in York Pa, since 2014, counseling adult and child survivors of childhood sexual abuse. In 2019 she became the Clinical Director and in 2020 transitioned to the Executive Director position at the agency. In 2016, Amber received the Central Penn Business Journal’s Mental Health Caregiver of the Year Award and in 2020, was honored with their 40 under 40 award. She is a guest lecturer at Penn State Harrisburg in their Criminal Justice Program and an expert witness on Sexual Violence for the York and Chester County District Attorney’s Offices.
