Prevention and Education Specialist

Autumn is a public health professional with experience in youth development, mental health advocacy, and community-based prevention programming, with a focus on coalition building, program development, and school- and community-based initiatives. She has worked in nonprofit prevention and community mental health settings, including serving as the PAUSE Program Coordinator at NAMI York-Adams Counties, where she developed youth mental health programming and strengthened partnerships with schools and community organizations. She also previously worked as a Coalition Coordinator and Prevention Specialist in Niagara Falls, New York, where she led the CHANGE Coalition and facilitated evidence-based prevention programs for youth and families. She holds a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Epidemiology and is committed to strengthening prevention systems, reducing stigma, and supporting the well-being of young people and communities.
